By making an appointment with us you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.
In order to secure your booking we may ask for your card details at the time of booking if your treatment value exceeds £20.
For appointments of 2 hours or less, cancellations or rescheduling, must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid penalty:
Cancellations/appointment move requests with less than 48 hours notice, will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the treatment fee.
Cancellations/appointment move requests with less than 24 hours notice, will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the treatment fee.
For appointments of more than 2 hours, cancellations or rescheduling requests are required 7 days minimum prior to your appointment to avoid penalty:
Cancellations/appointment move requests with less than 7 days notice, will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the treatment fee.
Cancellations/appointment move requests with less than 72 hours notice, will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the treatment fee.
Making charges for customers who cancel/change appointment date/time with short notice, or fail to attend is awkward for me and I would of course prefer not to have to do it. I do very much hope you understand that by not showing up or by cancelling/changing appointment date/time at the last moment you are denying income to this small business and that the time I placed aside for your treatment could have been offered to another client. I am truly very sorry about this but thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.

Covid-19 Precautions
I have been preparing to re-open and provide a safe environment for you. During this time, I completed an online course for The Health, Safety & Hygiene “Returning to work COVID-19 Course”. Safety is my utmost priority.
To ensure our mutual safety, I must ask the following:
Your part
Please arrive exactly on time. Not early, to avoid meeting another person. But also not late, to allow me to run my day smoothly.
Your belongings will be kept at the front entrance, you cannot bring them with you to the treatment room.
Please bring your own drinking water.
Please wash your hands on arrival according to government guidelines. Sanitizer is provided.
Please wear your own mask; this can be a cloth mask made from e.g. a t-shirt or scarf, or a disposable type mask.
Please take off your shoes, and wear the protective foot cover that I will provide you.
Relax & enjoy your treatment normally!
Please bring your own pen if you need one.
Please fill out a Covid-19 questionnaire & declaration form before your appointment.
Due to government regulations you will be required to download the NHS COVID-19 APP on your smart phone and sign-in by scanning the QR CODE.
My Part:
I will check your temperature upon arrival with an infrared thermometer (no physical contact is required; it's a remote thermometer.)
I will wear disposable gloves, mask and apron - these will be changed between each client.
I will clean in-between each client. Sterilizing all surfaces, including all door handles with surgical alcohol. As you can imagine, this is why I need to ask clients to be exactly on time for their appointments.
I will diffuse the essential oil of Eucalyptus. Known as a natural disinfectant.
Cleanliness measures
My plan is to open with a slightly altered schedule which will take into consideration safety protocols. In practical terms, this will probably mean longer gaps/buffer periods in between clients to clean & refresh, and seeing fewer clients in a day.
Changes are inevitable due to the pandemic, adaptation is the key. We are here to help & support each other. Thank you so much for your patience, loyalty & understanding.
